This time, it was the reptile variety. We've seen skinks on our porch before. Usually the juveniles which have blue tails. This baby was sunning itself on the porch when I went out to shake a dust cloth.
I took these pictures through the glass using my zoom lens. When I opened the door, he quickly ran off the porch.
These like to visit our porch too, I am not a fan of them and they know it. I do think they are kind of cute.

these are less creepy than the other picture if I remember correctly. And they scatter so quickly
ReplyDeleteThey are almost too fast because I can imagine them going somewhere they shouldn't (like my house!). We saw one last weekend that didn't have the blue tail. I think that may be the first time I've seen an adult. Creepy!
