Message Pennant

You can use washi tape or an old book page to make this pennant. Cut to the length you want and fold over with a toothpick inserted into the crease. (If using a book page, glue together at this point.) If so desired, you can cut tails on the pennant or you can leave the straight edge.

Write on any message you like...

"Hello"     "Hooray!"      "Love"     "To: From:"      "Merry Christmas!"    "Happy Birthday!"    etc.

Attach to the package with a piece of washi tape.
