Today my youngest nephew, Benjamin, is turning one! It seems like just yesterday we visited him in the hospital the day after he was born. Now it is his first birthday. How time flies!
All day we've been reliving this day one year ago! For example, at luchtime, we said, "One year ago, Gran was coming to get the kids and Gavin was at the door hugging his pillow," and at soccer today we said, "This time a year ago, we were arriving at the hospital."
So tomorrow at his party, we can say, "One year ago today, you were visiting him for the first time."
