As we were outside eating dinner last night, I happen to spot this inchworm inching his way across the patio. I was able to coax him onto my finger and take some pictures.
I cropped this one so that you can get a good look at his tiny feet clinging to my fingernail.
I took all these pictures with my Nikon D3000. I didn't edit these photos much, just a little adjustment to the exposure and some cropping were done to the pictures.

He's a very colorful little guy...sort of a neon green. You are always drawn to the little critters, Kati!
Gotta love that green! The first shot is spectacular: the worm is perfectly in focus and you have that lovely, blurry, depth of field. I'm "green" with envy, ha ha!
What a precious little green guy! Excellent photos.
Love that first photo!
Amazing little creature, and nice to see the details up close.
Fabulous shots of that inchworm! So colorful, too!
Wonderful shots of such a tiny little green fella. That first shot is a winner. Wonderful focus and use of depth of field. Well done! (I wonder if he knows Kermit's song "It's not easy being green...")
What a find Kati - perfect for Donna's colourful challenge!
I love the close up one of his little legs!
The bright green really stands out against the backgrounds chose, Kati. Really lovely photos. I wonder if your little inchworm has any inkling of his day in the limelight.
What a cutie! The bright green does stand out on the first shot, just amazing..Wishing you a HAPPY Mother's day and week ahead!
How precious! You wowed me with that first photo, thanks to the careful depth of field. And it has a perfect perspective - down low, on the same level. And the two follow up photos give a frame of reference on size. This post was like a mini-story of a little green inch-worm's life. You hit a home run with this challenge and showcased your creativity.
